High Accuracy Zinc Online Water Quality Analyzer with 0~30mg/L Range and ±5% Precision Using Spectrophotometric Method
This zinc online water quality analyzer operates autonomously under long-term unattended continuous operation based on field configurations. It is widely applicable to industrial pollutant discharge wastewater, industrial process wastewater, and municipal sewage treatment plants. Optional preprocessing systems can be integrated to ensure reliable testing processes, accurate results, and compliance with diverse operational demands.
The analyzer employs the spectrophotometric method for zinc detection. After mixing the water sample with conditioning agents, all forms of zinc are converted to zinc ions (Zn²⁺). In an alkaline environment with sensitizer, Zn²⁺ reacts with an indicator to form a colored complex. The analyzer detects color intensity changes, converts them into zinc concentration values, and outputs results. The amount of colored complex generated corresponds directly to total zinc concentration.
