Installation Requirements
- The probe must be perpendicular to both the sludge surface and the tank bottom
- Ensure no obstacles within the emission range directly below the probe
- Install away from areas with sudden flow velocity changes that cause gas bubbles and activated floating solids
- Position away from inlet and outlet locations
- The sensor probe must be fully submerged in water at all times
- For tanks with vertical straight walls and flat surfaces, refer to distance tables for proper wall spacing
- For irregular tank walls or those with brackets, pipes, or other objects, increase distance from tank wall to avoid measurement interference
Important: No intermediate connections are permitted in the 10-meter dedicated cable to ensure measurement accuracy and system reliability.
