The KS3000-80-cz4 is designed to extract moisture and particulates from natural air, delivering dry air with ≤30ppm(v) moisture content. Its flow rate is fully customizable to suit operational requirements, making it an ideal air source for air-insulated cabinets. The system also enables dry air flushing of gas-insulated cabinets as a cost-effective alternative to high-purity nitrogen. Equipped with a vacuum pumping function, it supports optional capacity expansion for enhanced versatility.
 
This integrated solution comprises a silent compressor, advanced moisture filtration unit, drying activation module, adjustable pressure system, and exhaust piping. It includes a vacuum pump, anti-reflux mechanism, and integrated pipelines. An optional online micro-water sensor (model: KS3000-80-CZ4-WS) can be installed to monitor activation needs, while both automatic and manual operation modes cater to diverse user preferences.

Operational Features

  • Pressure Control Example: Set low pressure at 0.12 MPa with 0.02 MPa fluctuation; compressor stops at 0.14 MPa and restarts at 0.12 MPa.
  • Regeneration Protocol: When outlet micro-water exceeds standards, disconnect the pipeline, activate the drying system for 30 minutes to restore adsorbent efficiency.
