The three-axis support surfaces of the LS-V series gantry machining center of Lishang Precision Machinery are all heavy-duty roller linear guides. The XYZ moving speed is 20000/20000/16000mm. While operating, it can cut at high speed and the positioning accuracy is within the error of 0.01. It can meet the accuracy requirements of complex products. The LS-V series gantry machining center is equipped with a machine tool hydraulic system and a grease lubrication system. It is easy to maintain in the later stage, has low friction resistance, fast response of moving parts, no creeping at low speed, and has excellent dynamic and static performance. It is particularly suitable for the processing of complex parts of various equipment requiring high load, high rigidity, and high precision.
