1.Description:

BGD 521 is a Solvent Rub Resistance Tester.  This instrument is designed in accordance with GB/T 23989 "Test Method for Solvent Wiper Resistance of Coatings" and is used to determine the solvent wiper resistance of single or composite coating systems of colored paints, varnishes or related products. It is mainly applicable to the assessment of solvent resistance and wipe resistance of coatings that undergo chemical reactions during curing and coatings of aluminum-plastic composite panels. It can also be used to determine the solvent resistance of other similar substrate coatings.

This instrument is intelligently controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, featuring stepless speed regulation and automatic counting. The LCD screen directly displays the friction speed, the number of frictions, and the set test times. The glass working platform is convenient for cleaning. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, reliable performance and simple operation.
