BGD 1285 ISO 17872 Scratching Tool Scratcher for Salt Spray Corrosion Test

1.Description    

When conducting corrosion tests on painted steel plates or specimens, it is often necessary to use special tools to scratch one or more marks on the coating surface in order to observe the detailed phenomena of corrosion occurrence in multi-coating systems.

The BGD 1285 Scratching Tool complies with the requirements of ISO 17872:2007 and GB/T 30786 standards. One end of the scratcher is equipped with two "V" -shaped cutting tools, and the other end is equipped with two "U" -shaped cutting tools. Moreover, all the cutting tools are precisely made of special tungsten steel. The test personnel can conveniently and quickly make "V" -shaped or "U" -shaped cuts. And the blade can be replaced at any time.
