1.Product Introduction
The GA-9Q type pre-tensioned filament tensile strength tester is a new type of instrument which meets the quality control requirements of the production process of polyester short fibers. It features pneumatic clamping, automatic operation, and rapid measurement. It is suitable for testing individual polyester raw filaments.
The instrument complies with the testing method standards stipulated in the industry standard FZ/T 54003 and can test six indicators: the natural elongation rate of pre-tensioned filaments, EYS1.5, natural tensile ratio, maximum tensile ratio, breaking strength, and breaking elongation, both single values and statistical values.
