This contact fatigue wear testing machine is designed for studying material and process properties of components such as gears, bearings, rolls, and rails that experience failure due to contact fatigue wear.
The testing machine features automatic/manual loading and stepless speed control modes. Through computer integration and dedicated software for test data processing, it collects and processes real-time test parameters including load, speed, temperature, friction torque, and friction coefficient. Test results are presented in data graphs and tables with printing capability.
In practical applications, parameters such as load, speed, friction torque, time, temperature, as well as mating materials, roughness, and hardness of the friction pair can be adjusted and selected across a wide range. This enables examination of fatigue wear performance changes under various influencing factors, allowing comprehensive evaluation of contact fatigue wear characteristics and material usage performance based on sample surface wear conditions under different test parameters.
