The LRYJ-II type swaying testing machine (hereinafter referred to as the "testing machine") uses compressed air to drive the piston of the cylinder to load the toilet seat ring from left to right, in order to test the fatigue strength of the hinge of the toilet seat ring and the requirements of using a reducer to drive the opening and closing device to meet the requirements of the sample opening and closing test to detect whether the buffer pad of the toilet seat ring and the cover has cracks, damages and falls off. The main machine complies with the requirements of GB6952-2005 "Sanitary Ceramics" and JC/T 764-2001 "Plastic Toilet Seat Rings and Covers" for testing equipment. This machine has the advantages of simple operation, stable loading, high measurement accuracy, and intuitive reading. It is a relatively advanced detection method for studying the strength of related materials.
