  1. Product Description

This is a wear resistance test applicable to mobile phones, laptops and various surface-coated products. The load is 55g, 175g, or 275g. Uncoated paper or tape is rolled and rubbed against the sample, and then the wear effect is judged under a certain number of revolutions.It is suitable for testing the wear resistance of plastic surface coatings, and is mostly used for mobile phone key printing, mobile phone shells, MP3, CD players, laptops, PDAs, electrical appliance shells and other products.

This testing machine uses a special paper strip as the friction medium. A fixed load is applied to the friction head, and the friction head drives the rotating paper strip through a fixed-diameter roller and a constant-speed motor to continuously apply force to the surface of the sample until the surface substrate is seen or a specific wear degree is reached. The motor rotation count displayed by the counter is used to evaluate the wear resistance of the sample.
