Product Overview
The Akron Abrasion Tester is used to measure the wear resistance of vulcanized rubber. By subjecting the sample to friction with the grinding wheel under a certain inclination angle and a certain load, the wear volume of the sample within a certain mileage is determined. This equipment digitally sets and displays the number of abrasions, automatically stops, integrates the main unit and electrical control, uses calibrated grinding wheels, has an attractive design and is easy to operate. It is the latest improved type of testing machine in China.
Complies with the requirements of standards such as GB/T 1689 "Determination of Wear Resistance of Vulcanized Rubber".
Working principle
This test involves subjecting the sample and the grinding wheel to friction under a certain inclination angle and a certain load, and measuring the wear volume of the sample over a certain distance.
