Product Description
The dynamic perforation test machine for geotextiles determines the ability of geotextiles, geotextile membranes and related products to resist penetration by steel cones falling from a fixed height. During testing, the geotextile sample is horizontally clamped in the clamping ring while a steel cone of specified mass is dropped from 500mm onto the sample. The falling cone penetrates the sample, creating a hole that is measured using a graduated measuring cone to evaluate impact resistance.
