Introduction
The dew point meter is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T11944-2012 "Insulated Glass". It is a specialized instrument used for detecting the dew point performance of insulating glass.
The dew point meter consists of a copper base glass tube and a dedicated low-temperature digital thermometer.
 
Usage instructions
1. Inject approximately 25mm of ethanol   into the glass tube. Turn on the thermometer switch, insert the probe into the glass tube, add dry ice to lower the temperature to ≤ -60℃, and maintain the temperature at -60℃ throughout all the tests by adding dry ice to the glass tube.
2. Place the sample horizontally, apply a layer of ethanol  on the upper surface, ensure that the dew point meter is in close contact with this surface, and the contact time should be determined according to the standard requirements.
3. Remove the dew point meter, immediately observe whether there is condensation or frost on the inner surface of the glass sample. If there is no frost or condensation, record the dew point temperature as -60℃. If there is condensation or frost, place the sample until there is no frost or condensation, then increase the temperature of the dew point meter and continue the measurement, increasing the temperature by 5℃ each time until -40℃ is reached. Record the highest condensation temperature of the sample, which is the dew point temperature of the sample.
