Product Introduction

The liquid phase rusting tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T11143-2008 and ASTM D665 standards. It is an instrument used for determining the corrosive ability of water in lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, turbine oils and other greases on metals and evaluating the anti-corrosion performance of additives. It achieves high-precision temperature control and is convenient for experimental operation. 300 mL of sample and 30 mL of distilled water or synthetic seawater are mixed, and all the cylindrical test steel rods are immersed in it. Stirring is carried out at 60℃. Usually, the test period is 24 hours, but it can also be conducted according to the time period specified by both parties of the contract. After the test period ends, observe the rusting marks and degree of rusting on the test steel rods. It can be widely applied in power, petroleum, chemical, commodity inspection, universities and research departments.
