Product Introduction

The multi-functional low-temperature tester complies with GB/T510, GB/T3535, GB/6986 and SH/T0248. It is suitable for determining the freezing point, pour point, cloud point and cold filter point of petroleum products (with an additional cold filter point filtration device). It adopts imported brand compressors, advanced digital temperature controllers, and a unique refrigeration bath. It has excellent refrigeration performance, high temperature control accuracy, and uniform and stable cold bath temperature. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, commodity inspection, universities, research institutions and other departments.

Functional Features

1. Imported brand three-stage refrigeration system, ensuring the achievement of the required refrigeration depth. 

2. Using a metal bath, the cooling conduction is fast, the cooling effect is excellent, and the temperature of the cold bath is uniform and stable.

3. The compressor has an automatic start and stop function. Four different cooling bath temperatures can be set for each cooling chamber. The baths in each chamber maintain the same temperature. The lowest bath temperature can reach -70℃, and the temperature control accuracy is ±0.1℃.

4. Multi-functional comprehensive type, this single machine can conduct a variety of tests including pour point, cloud point, freezing point, and cold filter plugging point.

5. Advanced digital temperature controller, high-precision temperature sensor, with high temperature control accuracy.

6. Built-in powerful cooling fan, no need for circulating water, easy to operate.
