Features and Functions
This instrument is used to determine the percentage of clay content in raw or used sand. It is an automated device controlled by a microcomputer, following the manual clay removal procedure. The instrument adds automatic timed stirring, reset, and manual interruption and drainage functions. The main components, the flushing and suction pipes, are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, preventing sand particles (especially coal dust sand) from adhering and affecting accuracy. The controller is housed in a luxurious aluminum alloy casing, which can be easily detached for maintenance. The structure is simpler, operation is convenient, and the test results are stable, improving efficiency.
