Product Introduction
The LR-G104 infrared gas analyzer is an intelligent industrial online analyzer developed using the NDIR non-dispersive infrared principle combined with new microcomputer technology. The instrument is suitable for use in various non-explosion-proof environments and can online analyze and monitor the content of total hydrocarbons, CO, CO2, CH4, and other gases from ppm levels to 99.9%.
The instrument features a 7-inch LCD touch screen, upper and lower limit alarms, and digital and analog outputs. The measurement range can be customized according to customer requirements and working conditions, providing a cost-effective solution.
Typical Application Areas
Petrochemical, steel and metallurgy, power generation, cement, air separation, chemical, pharmaceutical, bio-fermentation, building materials, new materials, and other industries; including but not limited to online analysis and monitoring of CO and CO2 gas content in combustion processes, catalytic cracking reactions, various reaction vessels, storage tanks, process pipelines, combustion furnaces, and exhaust gases.
