Scope of Application

This instrument is applicable for evaluating the stress cracking resistance of polyethylene (PE) geotextiles, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) geotextiles, chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) geotextiles, and various composite geotextiles. It is also suitable for standard strength tests of these geotextiles.

Instrument Characteristics

1. Color touch screen control, human-machine dialogue mode, convenient operation.

2. Six units design, each unit has 5 stations, high test efficiency.

3. All six units can conduct tests independently, simple operation, built-in water circulation makes the bath tank temperature uniform with small fluctuations.

4. Each station is equipped with an independent photoelectric switch, automatically determines the fracture and records the fracture time.

5. Temperature control adopts PID algorithm with small fluctuations, effectively preventing temperature overshoot.

6. The instrument has an automatic water level sensor for monitoring, preventing dry burning caused by no water.

7. The instrument comes with a temperature calibration program, convenient for subsequent self-calibration.

8. The inner and outer boxes are all made of stainless steel, beautiful and durable.
