Implement standard GB/T6541-86.  The surface tension of various liquids and the interfacial tension between mineral oil and water were measured by ring method under non-equilibrium condition.  It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, commodity inspection and scientific research departments.
