LR-3900 carbon black dispersion detector is based on the standard GB/T 6030-2006 rubber carbon black and carbon black/silica dispersion evaluation rapid comparison method of the determination of the detection instrument.  

Main working process: sampling according to the sample preparation method provided in the corresponding standard;  Then, it is placed on the test table of the tester, by the high-speed digital camera and directly input to the PC computer, and in the form of photos displayed on the display;  Finally, the received photos were analyzed by the carbon black dispersion analysis software loaded in the PC computer, and analyzed, discriminated, displayed, saved and printed automatically with the carbon black dispersion standard pre-entered by the user.  Can also refer to other standard photos for comparison and discrimination.  

The main functions of the software include :(1) carbon black image processing, (2) carbon black image acquisition, (3) system calibration, (4) grade judgment, (5) gallery establishment, (6) report output. 

The functions of the software interface are divided into four parts: image processing, gray distribution map display, analysis results display and particle size/particle diameter distribution map.  

ISO standard library: Customers can click Preview to view the corresponding image information according to the filling type and grade  

New gallery: mainly includes image loading area, new, preview and display.  

New: First load the image as a standard diagram;  Then name it and enter the rank value;  Finally, click Save to complete the function of saving the image to the database.  

Preview: Select the target image you want to view from category and level and click view.  If the image exists, the target image is displayed in the left area;  If the image does not exist in the database, it will be prompted.  

Display: Zoom in and out of the image
