Product Introduction
The test primarily involves simulating a vehicle turning under load, measuring the inner and outer diameters of the wheel hub, and assessing the fatigue resistance of the hub's connection points.
Product Application
The wheel is driven to rotate under fixed load; namely, the wheel rotates synchronously with the loading arm. A fixed bending moment is applied to one end of the loading arm to generate rotary bending moment on the wheel. The wheel is secured onto the worktable of the fatigue testing machine, and a motor drives the worktable together with the fixed wheel to perform rotary motion.
