Product Overview
This testing machine is designed to evaluate the load-bearing capacity (specifically residual deformation and test load) of manhole covers made from various materials. It supports closed-loop control modes such as constant-rate loading and constant-rate deformation, and enables the automatic determination of technical performance parameters.
The machine utilizes a hydraulic power source and electro-hydraulic servo control technology, integrated with a computer-based data acquisition and processing system. It comprises four main components: the main testing frame, the hydraulic power source, the measurement and control system, and the testing fixtures. It features real-time display and control of load, time, and test curves, as well as a peak test force hold function. The accuracy of the testing machine exceeds Class 1 standards.
