The whole project includes a module line and a pack line; The module line consists of a multi-speed chain circulation line, hoisting machine, dispensing machine, CCD camera ranging, busbar welding, module turning, and other equipment.The Pack line covers the roller line, including the hoist, box on-line transfer, module into the box, assembly installation, EOL testing, auxiliary airtightness off-line testing, and other equipment.
The whole line is mainly used for the production of battery modules and packs of 34191, 34207, 40166, and 46119; The EMS intelligent information management platform is configured to realize the real-time MES management of crucial process parameters such as information on the material, personnel, and equipment during assembly.
