PTFE Bronze Strip Piston Rod Wear Ring
The WR guide ring is designed for use in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders to guide both the piston and the piston rod, with both support and guiding function. It boasts exceptional load-bearing capacity, effectively preventing metal-to-metal contact between the piston and the cylinder bore—or between the piston rod and the gland—while simultaneously absorbing lateral loads. Furthermore, the WR effectively protects critical sealing lips from contamination, thereby minimizing wear on the seals. WR is available in a wide range of standard sizes; we also provide custom-engineered solutions for non-standard applications.
