Xing tong PDC used as drills is made of special high-quality diamond micro-powder developed by our company, produced by utilizing unique and advanced cubic anvil HTHP synthesis technology to sinter diamond powder and cemented carbide into composite super-hard material under high temperature and pressure, it has high hardness, high wear resistance and good impact resistance. Optimize the design of the interface between the primary structure and diamond, through purifying treatment and optimal designing the geometry of the tungsten carbide substrate interface, not only is the residual stress in diamond compact reduced but also the bonding strength of the interface is enhanced and showed excellent performance in medium, hard and complex strata.

The products are divided into three major types according to different applications: ZA series of PDC cutters for oil & gas drilling, and ZB series of PDC cutters for mining, ZE series of Irregular Diamond Compact.

ZA Series of products are developed to meet the needs of drilling in complex formations, mainly suitable for Oil/Gas drilling under harsh geological condition, adopting advanced synthetic technology, the products combine the advantages of diamond and hard alloy with high wear resistance, high impact resistance and high temperature resistance.
