4. What is your repair procedure? How to send probes to you for repair?
- We analyze problems based on images and descriptions, then provide estimated repair charges
- You send defective probes to our factory following our packaging, invoice, and express instructions
- Our repair center tests each probe with ultrasound systems and advanced probe testers
- We provide detailed testing report and repair charges for your confirmation
- After confirmation, we repair and return the probes
5. What is your warranty time?
- Compatible probe: 12-18 months (depends on model) after shipping date
- Probe repair (change scanhead/cable): one year after shipping date
- Repair lens/membrane/cable/housing or cosmetic purposes: 6 months after shipping date
6. If we buy crystals directly, will you give technical support?
We have designed many crystals that fit directly (such as GE 4C/C1-5-D/3Sc-RS, Mindray 35C50EA/EB, etc.). For crystals requiring soldering, we provide PINMAP technical support.
7. What about your packing?
We pack each probe in standard export carton with sponge, or according to your specific requirements.
8. How can I place an order?
You can place order directly. We will issue Proforma Invoice for payment by TT/Western Union/Moneygram, etc.

Yes, we perform 100% testing of all goods using ultrasound systems and testers before delivery. We ensure all goods are shipped in good condition.
