Product Overview
BMS Electronic PCBA (Battery Management System Printed Circuit Board Assembly) is the fully assembled and functional circuit board at the heart of any rechargeable-battery pack. It combines the bare BMS PCB with all active and passive components to provide comprehensive battery management.
Key Functions
- Measure every cell's voltage, pack current and temperature
- Protect cells against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and thermal stress
- Balance charge between cells to extend cycle life
- Calculate State-of-Charge (SOC) and State-of-Health (SOH)
- Exchange data with chargers, inverters or vehicle ECUs through various communication protocols
