 Card Laminating Machine YLL-26C 600*730 is designed to Automatic tray moving from hot tower to cold tower after hot lamination finished, manual tray feeding and removing, template size 600*730mm for 6*8 layout or less size, 2 towers, 6 openings for each, 4 cylinders for each tower, PLC controlled, designed for smart card or RFID Card INLAY lamination.

• It is controlled by Programmable logic controller with intelligent man-machine interface touch screen for easy operation. Many types of lamination parameters can be automatically saved;
• It can realize automatic tray moving from hot tower to cool tower after the hot lamination operation is finished.
• pressure supply is realized by two motors and two oil pumps for very high reliability;
• Automatic lamination parallelism adjustment is available.
• The pressure and temperature control module is applied to ensure higher control precision.
• If the working laminator power supply is accidentally off, the operator can open the laminating plates manually to minimize unnecessary losses;

 The heating tower is installed with external thermal insulation housing to ensure efficient and environmentally friendly lamination.Plastic Card Laminator is also named as Plastic Card Press, Smart Card Pressing Machine or Card Laminating Machine.
