Special Pattern Card Pressing Steel Plate 1.0mm High Quality Smart Card Production Materials YSP-S is also called card lamination steel plate, laminator steel plate, textured laminating steel plate, special pattern lamination plate, card finish lamination plate, card production material.
Introduction
Special pattern lamination steel plates are mainly used for personalized pattern finish card lamination. It can well ensure perfect plastic card surface finish after lamination. Our plates are being widely used by many card factories in both China and foreign countries worldwide.
Features
- One side (pattern side) is covered with protection foils (blue thin films) to ensure good protection
- Only one side has the special pattern and another side has no pattern which will not contact the card surface in laminator
- There are no scratches and dust on pattern surface and possibly there is slight scratch on another non-pattern side
- The edges are smooth and deburred with the round curved corners

Applications
There are five kinds of steel plates:
- Glossy/Mirror finish steel plates: normal mirror effect, for planographic code and inkjet code
- Matte steel plates-Fine matte (Ra:0.25-0.5um): on the surface there are tiny lights, thin and lubricious, for planographic code and inkjet code
- Coarse matte steel-Heavy matte (Ra:1.0-2.0um): Platoon lights on the surface, too coarse for planographic code
- Silk-Satin finish plate for RFID inlay production (fine silk and fine silk): no lights on the surface, moderate coarse
- Pattern steel plates: There are kinds of pattern for plates
