DPSC anti-corrosion steel pipe

Socket-type inner epoxy outer multi-layer new material anti-corrosion pipeline, referred to as: DPSC anti-corrosion steel pipe. The inner wall adopts the anti-corrosion method of thermal spraying epoxy powder. The powder is evenly coated on the surface of the pipe body after high-temperature heating and sintering. The outer wall is coated with multi-layer powder coating and adopts a flexible socket structure. This product combines a flexible socket structure with a double-layer epoxy anti-corrosion coating commonly used in North America. The bottom layer of the outer wall is a hot-melt epoxy coating with excellent anti-corrosion effect and adhesion, and the surface layer is a high-toughness, ultra-wear-resistant modified new material coating with special functional materials added, which greatly enhances the ability to resist knocks and friction. It is particularly suitable for complex geological environments. It features convenient construction, smooth pipe coating, strong adhesion, friction resistance, bump resistance, scratch resistance and long service life. It is an upgraded product of traditional anti-corrosion steel pipes in water conservancy and municipal industries.
