A1: The selection of corrosion-resistant materials (such as Teflon seals, perfluorinated seals, and 304 stainless steel flow channels) is the key. The flow channel and seal ring materials need to be matched according to the specific glue composition (such as acid/alkalinity, solvent type).
A2: The valve body flow channel components can support ultrasonic and glue remover soaking cleaning. The design of the flow channel supports quick disassembly function (modular structure), and spare flow channels can be prepared for quick replacement and maintenance. Regular maintenance cycles are recommended (such as flushing the flow channel after 12 hours of continuous use).
A3: Corrosion may cause aging or deformation of the seal, which indirectly affects the accuracy (such as dripping, unstable flow). It is recommended to use corrosion-resistant seals and clean and replace them regularly, which will not affect the accuracy and life of the spray valve; It is recommended to verify the performance attenuation curve after long-term use through experiments.
A4: The valve drive parameters (such as pulse parameters and frequency) need to be matched to optimize the glue shear force. Optional heating function (such as heating the valve body to 40~60℃) can reduce viscosity, but the glue temperature resistance must meet the standard.
A5: The actual corrosion tolerance and glue dispensing stability of the jetting valve need to be verified and evaluated. It is recommended that customers provide actual glue for verification.
