The controller tracks the glue level of the two-component glue supply system in real time. When a level difference occurs in the two-component glue barrel, the system feedback control algorithm makes a slight adjustment when the screw valve is discharging glue, realizing automatic compensation of the level difference and ensuring the accuracy of the glue mixing ratio. - Ensure process stability (2-K type, KDP0300)
The electronic refrigeration device with a temperature of -10°C directly covers and refrigerates the mixing tube filled with glue, delays the curing time of the glue when mixing, and ensures the process. - Process capability guarantee (2-K type, KDP0300)
Real-time monitoring of the glue flow channel pressure during the screw valve dispensing process, identifying glue curing and blockage, and improving the process control capability.
