Operating Principle
The jaw crusher operates on a dynamic extrusion principle. An electric motor drives the belt and pulley system, moving the movable jaw up and down via an eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and jaw increases, pushing the jaw toward the fixed jaw to crush materials. When descending, the angle decreases, allowing crushed materials to discharge from the lower chamber opening.
