Operating Principle
During operation, motor rotation drives the pulley or coupling, shaft, and cone axis, causing the eccentric shaft to perform periodic rotation-swing movements. Materials entering the crushing cavity undergo impact, compression, and grinding between the eccentric shaft and rolling mortar wall. The hydraulic overload system provides protection during equipment failures or abnormal shutdowns, reducing maintenance costs and increasing productivity.
