The LW520×1290BP-N decanter centrifuge achieves exceptional separation of fine particles (2–5 µm) using variable-frequency drive (VFD) technology. Its drum (520 mm diameter, 1290 mm length) operates at ≤2300 RPM, generating sufficient G-force to recover >90% of barite—critical for cost-effective drilling fluid reuse. Designed for shale gas and high-pressure wells, it adapts to fluctuating mud densities via real-time adjustments to drum and pusher speeds (≤40 RPM differential). Dual motors (55kW main + 15kW auxiliary) ensure reliable performance in extreme conditions. Equipped with a VFD control system, the LW520 centrifuge enables precise motor management for smooth starts/stops and dynamic speed adjustments. Operators monitor drum speed, operating current, and torque in real time, allowing instant optimization during complex drilling scenarios. The 55kW main motor (1480 RPM) and 15kW auxiliary motor (970 RPM) support a max capacity of 70 m³/h, making it ideal for high-volume mud processing in high-temperature wells. Compact dimensions (3280×1725×1780 mm) facilitate integration into existing solids control systems.
