The LW630×1260BP-N decanter centrifuge utilizes variable frequency drive (VFD) technology to precisely control drum speed (≤1600 RPM) and pusher differential speed (≤35 RPM). Operators monitor real-time parameters like torque, current, and rotational speed via the interface, enabling instant adjustments for fluctuating mud densities in shale gas or high-pressure wells. This ensures >90% barite recovery while reducing drilling fluid costs by 20–30%. The 55kW main motor (1480 RPM) and 15kW auxiliary motor (970 RPM) support a max capacity of 80 m³/h.Designed for large-scale drilling operations, the LW630 processes 80 m³/h of drilling fluid. Its 630 mm drum diameter and 1260 mm working length optimize G-force distribution (Fr ≤967) to separate 2–5µm solids efficiently.
