The LW355×1257-N power frequency centrifuge delivers reliable 2–5µm fine solids removal in conventional drilling operations. With a drum speed adjustable via pulley configuration (2,800 or 3,000 RPM), it generates centrifugal forces up to 1,789 Fr to efficiently separate harmful 6–10µm solid phases. The 30kW main motor supports 36 m³/h throughput while minimizing barite loss. Dimensions: 2960×1476×1720 mm; weight: 3,000 kg.
Designed with serviceability in mind, the LW355-N features quick-release conveyor scrolls and bolt-on wear plates. The 7.5kW auxiliary motor (970 RPM) ensures consistent pusher differential speed (40 RPM), while SKF bearings extend service intervals to 10,000 hours. Minimal electronics lower failure rates by 15% in high-dust environments.
