The ZK LWY650 decanter centrifuge is designed for drilling waste dewatering and solid-liquid separation, providing stable processing performance for demanding oilfield applications. With a maximum speed of 2800 rpm and a separation factor of 2854 G, the equipment offers efficient separation with a processing capacity of 20–30 m³/h.

The centrifuge is equipped with an automatic CIP cleaning system, simplifying equipment cleaning after operation. Its hygienically polished surface has a maximum unevenness of 0.8 μm, while the overall design minimizes dead angles and areas where fine particles may accumulate.

For applications requiring high wear resistance and reliable operation, customized configurations can be selected according to actual working conditions. The differential speed can be adjusted from 2–31 rpm, allowing operators to optimize separation performance for different drilling waste characteristics.

Wear parts, seals and lubricants in contact with the processed material are designed to meet food and pharmaceutical industry standards, making the equipment suitable for applications where hygienic design and convenient cleaning are important.
