The XBSY Sand Pump is a heavy-duty centrifugal pump designed for drilling mud transfer and circulation in oilfield solids control systems. It provides a reliable and continuous supply of drilling fluid to downstream equipment such as desanders, desilters, mud cleaners, and mud mixing systems.

Designed to handle drilling fluids containing abrasive sand and solid particles, the pump features a durable mechanical seal assembly with tungsten carbide sealing faces and carbon fiber auxiliary sealing elements. This design helps improve wear resistance and reduce leakage during continuous operation.

The pump hydraulic system is optimized through CFD hydraulic analysis to improve flow performance and minimize internal pressure losses. The impeller and volute casing are made of wear-resistant high-chromium cast iron, providing enhanced protection against erosion caused by abrasive solids in drilling mud.

Depending on the installation layout and operating requirements, the XBSY Sand Pump is available with direct-drive or belt-drive transmission. Its compact structure also facilitates installation, inspection, and routine maintenance at the drilling site.
