Operation Process
The cleaned chicken/duck eggs are transported to the conveyor belt mold holes. When reaching the breaking station, the eggshell is automatically cut. A clamping device separates the shell from the breach, allowing yolk and white to flow out. The separation device directs egg white to one container and yolk to another, achieving complete separation while shells fall into a designated container.
