Low Pollution Pure FeMn Ferro Manganese For Casting Deoxidizer
Ferro Manganese is produced from manganese ore, coke, and lime containing manganese element, which are melted in a high-temperature environment and fully reacted and smelted. Ferromanganese contains coke during the smelting process, resulting in a certain carbon content.
- High carbon ferro manganese (C: 7% approx)
- Medium carbon ferro manganese (C: 1.0-2% approx)

Blast furnace method: Manganese oxide is directly reduced to metal by carbon, with oxygen blowing to raise furnace temperature and increase ferromanganese output.
Electric furnace smelting: Medium and low carbon ferro manganese are desiliconized and refined by 1500-1600kVA electric furnace, using manganese silicon, manganese rich ore and lime as raw materials.

Oxygen blast furnace: Medium and low carbon ferromanganese can be obtained by blowing pure oxygen into molten carbon ferro manganese.

- Other industries: High carbon ferro manganese serves as reducing agent in low carbon ferroalloys production. HC ferro manganese powder is used in welding materials and mineral separation. High manganese ferromanganese is used in electrical industry for semiconductor pure manganese production and in chemical industry for manganese ketone production.
