Main Functions
1. Air Exclusion to Prevent Air Lock
After refilling or maintenance of the cooling system, air may remain in the pipelines. The Heater bleed hose connects to the expansion tank or a specially designed vent valve to expel air from the system, preventing air lock formation in the heater core or pipelines, and ensuring normal coolant circulation.
2. Maintenance of System Pressure Balance
As a connecting passage between the expansion tank and the heater circuit, it allows free flow of coolant during thermal expansion and contraction, maintaining stable system pressure.
3. Ensuring Heater Efficiency
When there is no air blockage in the heater core, hot coolant can fully exchange heat with the core, ensuring normal warm air supply to the driver's compartment.
4. Rapid Identification of System Faults
