Product Description
Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements.
When used to formulate flame retardant polymers, the Aitemag product provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. Depending on the polymer system and fire performance requirements, one may choose an Aitemag product of proper characteristics to achieve optimized application performance for the flame retardant compound.
Aitemag 55FA is a natural magnesium hydroxide that is treated with a coupling silane to provide easy flow and dispersion. This product is designed for use in thermoplastic and cross-linked polyolefins and elastomeric polymers. This product provides excellent mechanical properties and enhanced fire performance, suitable for the LSZH wire and cable materials.
