Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements.
When used to formulate flame retardant polymers, Aitemag provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. Depending on the polymer system and fire performance requirements, you can select an Aitemag product with the proper characteristics to achieve optimized application performance for flame retardant compounds.
Aitemag 10FD is a high purity, high whiteness magnesium hydroxide treated with a coupling silane for easy flow and dispersion. This product is designed for use in thermoplastic and cross-linked polyolefins and elastomeric polymers, such as LSZH wire and cable insulation materials. Aitemag 10FD provides superior electrical and low-temperature mechanical properties, along with enhanced compound processing and fire performance.
