Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements.
When used to formulate flame retardant polymers, the Aitemag product provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. Depending on the polymer system and fire performance requirements, one may choose an Aitemag product of proper characteristics to achieve optimized application performance for the flame retardant compound.
Aitemag 95 is a natural magnesium hydroxide with large particle size. This product is designed for use in thermoplastic polyolefins, elastomeric polymers and PVC. Aitemag 95 provides excellent processing performance for high loading applications at lower cost.
