Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements.
When used to formulate flame retardant polymers, the Aitemag product provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. Depending on the polymer system and fire performance requirements, one may choose an Aitemag product of proper characteristics to achieve optimized application performance for the flame retardant compound.
Product Overview
Aitemag 20FG is a synthetic magnesium hydroxide product that is treated with coupling silane. This product has high cost performance and the characteristics of high purity, great flow performance and good dispersion.
This product is designed for use in thermoplastic and cross-linked polyolefins, elastomeric polymers. The product can provide high water-resistance property, low variation of electrical properties in water aging environment and good mechanical properties at low temperature.
