and Audio and with the features of no wrinkles,bubbles and high precision,reasonable overlay,novel structure and easy operation,which is top choice of pvc equitments.
Device confuguration:front-rear deliverly plate,spreading glue system,unwinding structure,automatically cutting system,hot press system.
Using the gluing device for workpiece surface coating, then to press the decorative
film on the surface of workpieces by pressure rollers. During the operation,speed is adjustable,also, could add pre-pressure,automatic cutting, dust cleaning devices and
any other configurations accoring to different requirements, so as to meet the idea usages
of different customers.The complete machine processing could achieve semi-automatic
or fully automatic, the normal processing could be done without human intervention.
Finished flat surface wll have no wrinkles, no bubbles, with stable quality and high
effeciency, the whole processing canbe continuous production, widely use for mdf
plywood decorative boards manufacturer,fumitures and building materials industries.
Heating Oven
The glued plate is heated through the drying tunnel to keep the glue surface from hardening and make the surface material and the substrate fit better.
