Product Description:

The main parts are abrasion-resistant, resistant to corrosion, and high-temperature resistant due to high-quality, specially-treated materials. The low resistance force in the die head extruding channel ensures an even sheet thickness. The internal spiral tank, equipped with three rollers, provides effective cooling. Additionally, it is easy to change and install a net changer with the hydraulic pressure unit, eliminating the need to stop the machine. The machine extrudes PP/PS granules to a PP/PS sheet with a single color, which is used for producing plastic products by plastic thermoforming machines, like cups, food containers, trays, dishes, bowls, lids, etc.
