This semi-automatic thick plate blister molding machine features a maximum effective molding die area of 1600 × 1300 × 300mm. Designed with a rational structure for easy operation, it supports manual feeding and product removal while automating all other processes through touch screen parameter settings. Ideal for molding thermoplastic plates (1-10mm thickness) including ABS, PP, HIPS, PVC, PC, and PE materials. The system utilizes a Delta PLC control system with high-definition touch panel for intuitive operation.
