The dissolved air flotation machine is an efficient and stable water treatment system designed for clarifying wastewater by removing oils, greases, and solid suspended matter. Through pressurized air dissolution and atmospheric pressure release, it generates micro-bubbles that attach to contaminants, floating them to the surface for removal.
Working Principle
Air flotation technology dissolves air into water under pressure, then releases it to create fine bubbles. These bubbles attach to oil and suspended particles, floating them to the surface as scum for removal. Heavy particles settle in the inclined plate zone and are discharged, while clarified water exits through the center tube.
